Policy Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Policy Officer to join our Legal and Governance team at Anglicare. As a Policy Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that non-clinical policies and procedures are appropriate, up-to-date, and reviewed regularly.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in drafting policies and procedures, advanced written communication skills, project management skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders. Experience in aged care and/or community services is highly regarded but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Anglicare's Non-Clinical Policy Register.
- Coordinate the approval process for Non-Clinical Policies and Procedures, including Board approvals as required.
- Collaborate with stakeholders within Anglicare to ensure that policies and procedures are appropriately drafted and fit for purpose.
- Provide administrative and paralegal support, including managing execution of documents under power of attorney and assisting with responses to subpoenas and requests for information.
