Job Description

We are seeking a talented professional to join our energy and infrastructure division. This role will see you working across the energy supply chain with strong relationships across transmission, distribution, renewables, storage and EVs.

You will join a close-knit, experienced team with deep sector knowledge, long-standing client partnerships and a strong reputation built on trust, delivery and a genuine passion for the industry.

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in building out the future workforce powering Australia's energy transition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit high-impact talent across energy and infrastructure - retained and contingent
  • Partner with new and existing clients to understand hiring needs and build relationships
  • Deliver on roles across the project lifecycle - from origination to FID
  • Be supported by strong brand content, a podcast and marketing that helps you open doors and add value
  • Help shape a growing function with influence and purpose
Requirements:
  • Experience in recruitment or commercial roles ideally with an interest in energy, infrastructure or ESG
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, curious mindset
  • You like solving problems and making things happen
