About the Role
  • Oversee large-scale battery energy storage system (BESS) projects through key phases including approvals, pre-contract negotiations, and construction.
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to secure necessary project permits and approvals.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
  • Liaise with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align project execution with technical and commercial objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks throughout development and construction.
Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 5+ years PQE, with relevant experience as a Project Engineer, Co-ordinator or Site Manager.
  • Strong computer literacy, including MS Office suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • BESS or energy project experience is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of NSW planning and secondary approvals is highly regarded.
