**Job Overview:**

Aurora is seeking an experienced Energy Transition Specialist to join our Software Solutions team. In this role, you will work closely with energy sector clients to integrate our software products into their decision-making processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Solution Integration: Support leading developers, utilities and funds in integrating Aurora's software products into their operations.
  • Customer Onboarding: Meet with clients to onboard new accounts and develop deep knowledge about their use cases for our products.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot client requests and provide expert support to help clients interpret complex results.
  • Knowledge Building: Contribute to the growth of the team by expanding our capabilities and developing industry expertise.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a STEM field
  2. At least 1 year of professional experience in an analytical, client-facing role
  3. Deep interest in the energy transition and SaaS products
  4. Self-starter with creative problem-solving skills and ability to rapidly assimilate new knowledge
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  6. Able to analyze and derive insights from complex quantitative data
  7. Customer-first mindset with a focus on mutually beneficial outcomes
