Seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support building a new business unit, focusing on senior-level, executive recruitment.
This role involves end-to-end recruitment, process management, project management, and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
A snapshot of the role: Leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for roles focusing on senior, executive recruitment.
Developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract, source, and hire senior talent, aligning with organizational goals.
Building and maintaining strong partnerships with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
Staying updated on market trends, recruitment best practices, and sourcing techniques to remain competitive.
The successful candidate: You are an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a background in recruiting at the executive level.
We are open to discussing this role further with candidates who hold the following experience: Minimum 5 years experience in a Talent Acquisition Partner role (client-side), with experience recruiting at the executive level.
High-level communication skills.
