The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be supporting a well-known global leader in the Tech industry, working directly with their in-house Talent Acquisition team.
You will recommend and execute sourcing strategies with a focus on passive talent and be an ambassador for our brand at every interaction.
Key responsibilities include communicating recruitment trends and market intelligence with clients to influence hiring decisions, understanding the contractual recruitment delivery process, and carrying out activities accordingly to ensure account KPIs/SLAs are met.
Gaining a sound understanding of the designated client business area, including structure and nature of business and challenges faced, is also essential.
Additional qualifications include 1-2+ years of relevant experience in a sourcing/recruiting role, strong knowledge of technology, and proven ability to creatively recommend sourcing strategies.
Our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, is highly organized, and has the ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
