Senior Risk and Compliance Professional

This position will report to the Senior Leadership, overseeing key risk management and compliance activities across Australia.
- Support and guide a small team of professionals.
- Manage workflow processes and implement process improvements.
- Provide expert advice on corporate and risk-related matters.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of risk management and compliance strategies, including experience in managing teams and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive risk management plans.
- Oversee compliance obligations and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain policies and procedures.
- Stay abreast of emerging legislative and regulatory developments.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
- Ability to weigh risks against business needs.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to contribute to the organization's success.
- Exceptional analytical and negotiation skills.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of risk and compliance experience within a professional services environment.
- Relevant degree or certifications in Law, Commerce, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
