- Additionally, the successful candidate will develop and maintain effective training programs to enhance risk and compliance awareness across the organization.
- They will also prepare reports and insights for executive management and the Risk Committee.
- You must have proven experience in a risk and compliance role within the financial services sector.
- A solid understanding of AFSL regulations is essential, along with strong knowledge of investment or financial advice environments.
- Skilled communication and interpretation skills are required, along with the ability to deliver practical solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Proactive, detail-oriented individuals with confidence when engaging with stakeholders at all levels are encouraged to apply.
