About the Role

This Senior Analyst position is a key role in strengthening our compliance capability within the first line of defence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory risk, ideally gained within financial services, and a solid understanding of APRA, ASIC, and other regulatory bodies.

  • Designing and implementing compliance controls that are both effective and practical.
  • Identifying control gaps, assessing compliance risks, and recommending solutions that improve business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Embedding effective compliance controls across Business Unit teams.
  • Translating regulatory requirements into practical solutions.
  • Uplifting the control environment through collaboration with Line 2, Internal Audit, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as AACI or ACI 10980NAT highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with compliance frameworks.
