About the Role

Ares Wealth Management Solutions (WMS) Australia is seeking a highly skilled Associate, Sales and Product Support to play a key role in supporting the distribution efforts and management of alternative strategies offered to the Australian and New Zealand private wealth channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior business development managers in business development activities
  • Support client review processes and due diligence questionnaires across a range of products offered by WMS Australia
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with platforms and a subset of clients
  • Assist in the product management of Australian unit trusts, including reporting processes and data requests
  • Maintain and manage product collateral for WMS Australian unit trusts
  • Conduct competitor analysis across asset classes covered by WMS Australia
  • Support the generation of analysis and reports on sales activity and campaigns using Ares CRM tools
  • Assist in marketing efforts through running approval processes, developing collateral, and social media support
  • Support the head of WMS Australia and New Zealand across strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related field with strong academic records
  • 3-5 years of experience in distribution/business development/product management across public and private markets into private wealth or listed channels
  • Proven ability to build relationships through active listening and delivering client service to the highest standards
  • Ability to demonstrate a client-centric and outcome-focused mindset
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
