What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales growth and account management within assigned territories.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment. You will be a quick learner with a strong sense of ownership and resilience, and be self-motivated, results-oriented, and committed to exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities
  1. Proactively identify and qualify prospective customers leveraging business directories, industry events, and community engagement.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing teams, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  3. Educate customers on the value proposition and benefits of our solutions.
  4. Develop and execute targeted sales strategies in partnership with Account Executives to increase funnel conversion rates and generate high-quality leads.
  5. Drive sales growth and account management within assigned territory.
  6. Act as a subject-matter expert on all things ServiceRocket–products and services.
  7. Reporting on activity through company-required platforms.
Requirements
  1. Typically requires a minimum of 1-2 years of customer-facing experience, specifically in sales support or sales operations.
  2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  3. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
  5. Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, collaborating effectively across cultures and time zones.
  7. Quick learner with a strong sense of ownership and resilience.
  8. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and committed to exceeding expectations.
