About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Business Development Associate to join our team at Aon Hewitt. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting senior stakeholders in delivering value to clients through strategic initiatives and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of proprietary Aon data and external data sources to identify trends and insights that drive business growth.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Communication and Presentation: Effectively communicate complex data insights and business strategies to both internal and external stakeholders through presentations, reports, and other materials.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as business development, marketing, or sales.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with data analysis tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, is a plus.
