The Operational Excellence Manager is a key role within the Front Office team, responsible for overseeing all hotel operations overnight and ensuring guests receive prompt, professional service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading by example and upholding high standards in daily operations
- Providing exceptional guest service and ensuring seamless Front & Back of House experience
- Supporting Front Office staff in delivering prompt and professional service to guests
- Ensuring accurate financial transactions and maintaining cashiers float
- Overseeing night audit function and preparation of daily financial reports
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to achieving team results.
