Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Build strong relationships with customers within the Impulse and Convenience channel.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with stand-alone and multi-site customers to understand their needs and present product offerings.
  • Collaborate with wholesalers and internal customer teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes.
  • Manage casual merchandisers within your territory.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Deliver cycle priority KPIs.

This role requires consistent monthly travel within your defined territory.
