Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at Honan Real Estate, based in the Melbourne office. This hybrid role requires working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the growth objectives of Honan by managing and developing business within our Real Estate team, working closely with senior managers to ensure high-quality client service and satisfaction.

  • Successfully schedule and conduct sales calls and presentations, maintaining a large portfolio of potential accounts and a high frequency of sales work.
  • Utilise your existing network, a small list of account leads, and insights derived from targeted research to gain business or interest from small, straightforward potential accounts in a delegated small region or industry.
  • Assist senior-level colleagues specialising in various markets and/or industries with various aspects of the deal process to gain broad exposure, new relationships, and relevant experience.
  • Maintain a thorough awareness of market occurrences, including important developments, trends, competitors' positioning, and the status of business contracts to assist in identifying potential business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrated experience in sales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in CRM systems.
  • A valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
