Providing Exceptional Customer Support

This is a hybrid role located at our office in Macquarie Park.
The position involves working with customers to ensure continued smooth operations, and troubleshooting and diagnosing faults in various areas.
Key responsibilities include owning, investigating and resolving complex software issues, proposing workarounds for customers.
Additional tasks involve accurate documentation of activities and findings, contributing to digital self-help materials, and collaboration with colleagues in other support centres and departments.
Success in this role requires focusing on customer experience, managing regular communication, and prioritizing technical resolutions.
A tertiary qualification in Engineering or Computer Science is preferred, along with experience in Application Support within an ASX top 100 business.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proficiency in working with and understanding software architecture, software unit testing and other aspects of the SDLC.
- Working understanding of software and automation hardware communications and setup.
