Providing Exceptional Customer Service Representative

The role of Customer Experience Professional is to provide exceptional customer service, working closely with internal departments to find solutions to customers' needs and achieve a positive outcome for both the customer and the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently by utilizing conflict resolution skills and providing timely and accurate responses.
- Create and manage case tickets in compliance with data handling standards, ensuring timely and accurate customer responses.
- Respond to customer requests and complaints via email, conducting thorough investigations and providing formal written responses as required.
- Escalate relevant issues to appropriate stakeholders and follow up promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Review and respond to customer correspondence, investigating concerns and providing clear and concise written communication.
- Perform administrative tasks, including regular updates and maintenance of CRM data in accordance with data protection regulations.
As a Customer Experience Professional, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, working independently, and meeting team objectives. Strong conflict resolution skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications:- Proven experience in customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.
- High school certificate; full NSW driver's licence and case management experience are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in internal systems such as Salesforce, SAP, and Purecloud, with excellent telephone and letter-writing skills.
