Customer Service Representative Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill this customer service role. The successful candidate will work in a positive and dynamic environment, providing exceptional customer service across all aspects of our helpdesk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer enquiries or queries in a timely manner.
  • Handle client disputes with care, ensuring a positive interaction for the customer.
  • Accurately record all communication and actions performed.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks and meet outlined KPIs.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in a contact centre, administration or retail environment.
  • A strong work ethic and excellent time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • An excellent customer-centric focus.
  • The ability to work autonomously and within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Previous experience in a contact centre environment would be advantageous.
