Business Banking Specialist Role

Ambitious professionals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sustainable business growth are encouraged to apply. As part of our Regional and Agribusiness banking team, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to sophisticated Banking clients and deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial models to support Business and/or Commercial Banking clients
  • Prepare and submit credit applications for new facilities, and coordinate deal execution through documentation and funding
  • Ensure portfolio data quality, compliance, and reporting requirements are met, including pipeline leads, calls, contacts, and revenues versus plan
  • Monitor client performance and conduct annual reviews, reporting on client financial and operational performance to Risk Management
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in writing and analyzing credit transactions, completing annual reviews, and reporting, ideally within Commercial and/or Business Banking
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and key stakeholders
  • Client service experience preferably in a Commercial or Business banking environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and well-developed financial analysis and modeling skills
