As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our core product, Growth OS, working closely with cross-functional teams to craft features and experiences that empower customers to make informed decisions.

About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Management professional who has thrived in fast-paced, data-centric environments. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our product strategy, roadmap, and delivery. You'll collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Design to drive business value for our customers and fuel our growth momentum.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end product strategies, leveraging your analytical prowess to drive decision-making
- Foster strong relationships with our Engineering and Data teams, as well as Customer squads, to ensure seamless collaboration
- Collaborate with product leadership to set objectives, define metrics, and build roadmaps during quarterly planning sessions
- Drive process refinement and innovation, contributing to our company's momentum and success

What We're Looking For:
- Senior-level experience in SaaS, startups, or PLGs, preferably with a focus on data-centric products/platforms
- Proven track record of delivering successful products from 0-1 stage development
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to distill insights into actionable decisions
- Familiarity with technical or data-led products is essential; bonus points if you have a solid grasp of statistics and probability theory

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience working with data-centric products, ideally with exposure to statistical analysis and probability theory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across departments
- A passion for innovation and driving business growth through data-driven product development

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per annum
