This role requires a skilled and experienced professional to lead and inspire the Customer Service Team.

  3. Deliver accurate reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  4. Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions to provide timely and effective support.
  5. Collaborate with internal departments through clear and professional verbal and written communication.

This role involves fostering strong working relationships with internal departments across all divisions to support delivering superior customer service.

Requirements:
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
