About the Role

We are seeking a strategic marketing professional to lead our multi-channel initiatives and drive customer engagement. This role involves designing and implementing customer journeys that enhance retention, increase product usage, and foster innovation.

  • Develop scalable customer journey strategies for growth and retention
  • Create compelling customer value propositions (CVPs) and calls to action (CTAs)
  • Manage stakeholder alignment and write clear briefs
  • Partner with Product & Analytics teams to define data criteria and ensure regulatory compliance

The ideal candidate will have experience in leveraging Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) to segment audiences and operationalize automated campaigns. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
