Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities nationally, focusing on the BioPharma and Healthcare sectors. This includes creating strategies and initiatives to increase market share in Australia and building relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Developing new business leads to generate market growth at a state and national level
  • Implementing strategies and initiatives to build and nurture new and existing clients
  • Attending industry events and reporting on current activities
  • Consistently building and developing relationships with key external and internal stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated previous B2B sales experience in Medical/Pharma/Clinical or Biotech environments
  • Relevant qualifications in Business/Science
  • Previous experience working in the Logistics industry (preferred but not essential)
  • Well-networked with a great understanding of the Australian market
  • Ability to work independently with a 'hunter' mentality
Location and Work Environment

This is a hybrid position involving travel and some office days. The role can be based in Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne.
