Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Storekeeper to join our team based in Port Hedland, Western Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the efficient operation of our storage facilities and supporting the supply chain activities within our organization.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and housekeeping of all storage facilities
  • Physical unloading, receipting and distribution of parts ordered/requisitioned
  • Purchasing and expediting
  • Organising/collecting locally sourced requisitions
  • Work with Pronto ERP, Canvas and Cognos reporting programs for reporting, stock control and purchases
  • Conduct rolling stocktakes and full stocktakes at year-end; update the system for variances
  • Participate in maintaining all logistics functions
  • Assist the Supply Chain Coordinator in identification and maintenance of inventory
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Procurement and warehouse experience in marine or mining (desirable)
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience, particularly Excel
  • Experience with Inventory Management Systems (desirable)
  • Forklift Licence (desirable)
  • LR Licence (or ability to obtain)
