Our company seeks a logistics professional to oversee warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods with high accuracy, productivity, and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe working environment
  • Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Oversee inventory control procedures to ensure accurate and timely stock management
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Implement and monitor inventory management systems and processes
  • Coordinate and oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods
  • Monitor and manage order picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet customer requirements and deadlines
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A commitment to safety and ability to address operational challenges under pressure
  • Experience using warehouse management systems and relevant software
  • Experience in operating warehouse equipment and relevant licenses
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders and team members
  • Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects
