Job Overview

Riverside Marine is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to lead the supply chain function for its Rivtow Marine team based in Port Hedland.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in Western Australia's thriving Pilbara region, reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager and collaborating with technical personnel to forecast inventory reorder levels.

The ideal candidate will bring procurement and warehouse experience in the marine or mining industry, proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Utilise Pronto ERP and Cognos reporting programs for reporting, stock control, and purchases.
  • Maintain the physical warehouse and the Pronto database for recurrent purchases and critical spares.
  • Manage the purchase requisition system for supplying inventory to tugboats.

Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in logistics, warehousing, or procurement.
