We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our Melbourne facility. **The Role**:
As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our warehouse operations in Melbourne. You will lead a dedicated team to ensure the smooth receipt, storage, and dispatch of products while optimising workflow and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, storage, and distribution
- Oversee and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback
- Develop and implement efficient processes to optimize warehouse layout, inventory flow, and staff productivity
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring accuracy and reducing waste or loss
- Prepare reports on inventory, shipments, and warehouse performance for senior management
- Coordinate with other departments to meet operational needs and resolve any logistics issues
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including working with suppliers, couriers, and transport providers
- Implement continuous improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics, ideally in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics software
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations in the workplace
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges effectively

- Order Picking Forklift Licence (preferred)
