Hands-on Property Maintenance Specialist

Park Proxi Gibraltar Hotel Bowral offers 76 luxury accommodation suites, Harvey's Bar and Dining Room, 7 meeting rooms, including the largest event space in the Highlands, and an 18 hole Golf Course.

This exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Property Maintenance professional to ensure the hotel's safety and upkeep. As part of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional handy-person skills, managing contractors on site as required, working autonomously, and ensuring compliance with Work Health and Safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain exceptional handy-person skills
  • Manage contractors on site as required
  • Work autonomously and manage time effectively
  • Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety guidelines

Required qualifications include relevant trade qualifications, experience in a similar role, and excellent communication skills. A current driver's license is also necessary. You must possess a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
