Office Properties Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a Property Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the coordination of maintenance and repairs for nominated office and operations properties.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site inspections, asset data collection, and emergency callouts. They will also provide oversight for contractor safety on nominated properties.
This is an exciting opportunity for a property professional with experience in delivering and monitoring property maintenance programs. If you have strong organizational skills, solid IT skills, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate site inspections and asset data collection
- Provide oversight for emergency callouts and contractor safety
- Work with a team to manage a portfolio of 40-45 sites
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in property maintenance or facility management
- Maintaining relationships with external contractors
- Solid IT skills for communication and planning purposes
- Strong organizational skills to manage a large portfolio of work
Benefits:
- Competitive pay rate: $650.00 - $700.00 per day + Superannuation
- Flexible working arrangement: Work from home 4 days a week and Tuesdays in the CBD office
