Job Title: Handy Person / Property Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Handy Person / Property Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining our properties in top condition, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

  • Maintain our grounds, ovals, gardens and native bushland in superb condition.
  • Tackle various maintenance tasks, including painting, decorating, plumbing, electrical work, and basic carpentry.
  • Work closely with the property management team to coordinate maintenance schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure a well-maintained and attractive living environment.

This role requires previous experience in property maintenance or a related field. Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude are essential. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are also required. Familiarity with basic tools and equipment is necessary. A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies is beneficial.
