Property Maintenance Officer

Seeking a diligent and energetic property maintenance professional to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and in excellent condition.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in property maintenance, basic plumbing, electrical work, painting, and repairs. Additionally, they must possess knowledge of basic hygiene requirements and safe working procedures.

We are seeking someone who is hands-on, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. They must also be willing to work weekends, afternoons, and on-call shifts as required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintenance and repair of cabins, grounds, amenities, and other facilities.
  • Swimming pool cleaning, dosing, water balance, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Incidental customer service assistance with in-room repairs.
  • Building projects, major repairs, renovations, mechanical repairs, painting, and replacing hardware.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A high level of fitness and energy.
  • Demonstrable experience in property maintenance.
  • Knowledge and understanding of basic hygiene requirements and safe working procedures.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and make decisions independently.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
