The role of a Case Manager is pivotal in ensuring seamless claims resolution and recoveries within the scope of legislative, regulatory, and industry requirements.
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Case Manager Level 2, responsible for managing a portfolio of workers compensation claims from inception to finalisation.
This strategic position involves collaboration and case management to achieve early claim resolutions and maximise recoveries. The ideal candidate will possess extensive administration skills, strong organisational and time management abilities, excellent relationship management skills, customer service experience, and highly developed communication skills.
As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, engaging with customers and stakeholders, proactively managing claims, identifying return-to-work barriers, and implementing strategies to address these challenges.
The successful candidate will contribute to business targets and participate in departmental projects as required, ensuring alignment with company objectives and goals.
- Manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims from inception to finalisation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective claims resolution and recovery.
- Develop and implement case management strategies to achieve early claim resolutions and maximise recoveries.
- Maintain regular contact with customers and stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Proactively identify and manage return-to-work barriers and develop strategies to address these challenges.
