About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Healthengine. As a Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in improving how Australians connect with their primary care providers.

Your mission will be to understand the unique customer needs, convert opportunities into sales, and bring new customers into our marketplace. By matching our subscription-based products and services with customer needs, you'll not only close deals but contribute to health outcomes across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with practice owners and staff to educate them on Healthengine's marketplace and products
  • Act on and convert inbound leads into paying Healthengine subscribers
  • Proactively pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls
  • Maintain accurate and timely data in Salesforce for reporting purposes
  • Ensure a positive customer journey and smooth handover to our Customer teams
  • Achieve individual and team targets
  • Participate in team development and cultural activities
  • Maintain strong relationships with our Customer Success, Support, and Marketing teams
About You

We're looking for someone who takes accountability in a fast-paced environment, handles change with ease, and is committed to continuous improvement. You'll be a strong communicator, able to speak up and share your thoughts respectfully. You'll also be a self-starter, taking initiative and driving your own learning journey.
