Key Responsibilities- Assist the Product Manager and Agile Delivery Lead in building and formulating the Squad Backlog.
- Work with business and stakeholders to understand problems and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and the Squad to test, document, and communicate solution options.
- Ensure the stories created by the squads are of good quality, including size, persona, acceptance criteria, and testability.
- Work closely with business and technical partners to understand customer and business problems and translate them into Epics/User Stories.
- Ensure the business and technical components of the solution collectively provide the desired outcome for the customer.
- Liaise with the team to ensure they have access to the right information from the customer and stakeholders at the right time.
- Previous experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
- Exposure to Customer Data Platforms (ideally Telium and GCP).
- Demonstrated experience in delivering agile initiatives in high-performing teams as a business analyst in a digital environment.
- Data-driven but able to make judgment calls when necessary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
- Innovative thinking and demonstrated problem-solving skills.
