About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Lightning Reef ELC. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who shares our commitment to providing high-quality care and education to children and families in the community.

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for planning and implementing educational programs that promote learning through play. You will work closely with our centre staff to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all children.

  • Develop and implement engaging and inclusive educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and centre staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early-Childhood/Children's services
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
  • Employee Working with Children Check
