  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CHILDREN, PARENTS, AND COLLEAGUES to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Ensure the well-being and safety of every child in your care, upholding our commitment to child-centred care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You will need:
  • A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to making a positive impact.
  • Experience in childcare or early childhood education, with a focus on holistic development and child-centred practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit to work effectively with colleagues and parents.
  • Diploma level qualification as recognised by ACECQA, completed or working towards.
