Community Corrections Officer (Talent pool creation) – Sydney Metro District Community Corrections, Corrective Services NSW. Employment type: Talent Pool Creation - A talent pool will be created for future ongoing and temporary roles within metro Sydney and is valid for a period of up to 18 months. Salary: $99,938 - $110,271 pa, plus super and leave loading (Clerk Grade 5/6).
Locations: Bankstown, Blacktown, Burwood, Campbelltown, City (Darlinghurst), Fairfield, Hornsby, Leichhardt, Liverpool, Long Bay (Malabar), Mount Druitt, Parklea, Parramatta, Penrith, Silverwater, St Leonards, Sutherland, Windsor.

ResponsibilitiesYour role as a Community Corrections Officer: join a dedicated and dynamic team focused on offender rehabilitation and enhancing community safety. You will collaborate with individuals under supervision to develop and implement rehabilitative strategies, monitor progress toward established goals, and conduct home visits to ensure compliance with conditions. You will help improve the lives of the diverse communities we work with, with cultural knowledge and experience to support outcomes.
