Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation, performance maintenance, troubleshoot, and support scientific instrumentation.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Issue field service reports daily to document work performed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or other science-related fields is desired. Equivalent experience, training, and education may also be considered.
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience with installation, performance maintenance, troubleshooting, support, and/or end-user utilization of scientific instrumentation.
  • Ability to perform effective system-level troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of the scientific application workflow and scientific software systems.
Skills
  • Must possess a strong customer focus.
