Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and register owners and guests
  • Provide information on local attractions
  • Complete all department-related paperwork
  • Use communication tools such as phones, faxes, and computers
  • Meet guests face-to-face and generate sales appointments for our resorts and livestream sessions
  • Build rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience
  • Collaborate with resort operations to ensure seamless check-in experiences
  • Explain the benefits of traveling within the Wyndham Destinations community
  • Meet targets and KPIs set by the business
  • This role requires availability for weekend and public holiday shifts.

Candidate Profile

To succeed, you should have:

  • Experience in a similar hospitality role
  • A passion for customer service and local area knowledge
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm, motivation, and positivity
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards
  • High computer literacy
  • Experience with PMS systems like Hirum, Fidelio, Opera (advantageous)
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
