About the Role

Our team is seeking a senior commercial professional to drive strategic initiatives, guide stakeholder engagement, and provide expert guidance on contract management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve business objectives;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within budget and scope;
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions;
  • Provide coaching and support to project teams on commercial matters.
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in senior commercial roles within civil construction or infrastructure;
  • Strong knowledge of Australian contract law and industry-standard contracts (AS4000, AS2124, TIC-CO, etc.);
  • Experience managing complex head/subcontract agreements, variations, and disputes - ideally in a tier 1 or 2 environment.
