Job Title: Business Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our day-to-day operations, help bring our products to life online and in-store, and play a part in delighting our customers.

  • E-commerce Operations Assistant: Assist with uploading new products and content to our online store (Shopify or similar), manage product listings, descriptions, and pricing updates.
  • Packing & Logistics Coordinator: Pick and pack online orders with attention to detail, help with customer packaging design and presentation, participate in stock takes and tracking inventory, assist in refining shipping and fulfilment procedures.
  • Social Media Content Creator: Assist with planning and scheduling social media posts across Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Ads, help film, photograph, and design content, support execution of social media campaigns and influencer outreach.

As an e-commerce operations assistant, you'll gain practical experience across ecommerce, marketing, and fulfillment, enjoy creative freedom to contribute ideas and help shape a growing brand, get a behind-the-scenes look at running a small business, and potentially have a future role for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily operations and tasks as needed.
