We're seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our community, you'll play a vital role in helping women succeed in e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome new members into our programs and guide them through their first 30 days of growth and development
  • Host calls, answer questions, and provide support via our online community groups
  • Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities to enhance the member experience
  • Help members overcome e-commerce obstacles and achieve growth and success

This is a front-facing, high-energy role that requires strong interpersonal skills and a passion for supporting others. You'll be the primary point of contact for new members and will be responsible for providing guidance and support throughout their journey with us.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have extensive e-commerce experience, either running your own brand or managing the growth of one
  • Are confident in your ability to coach and support others, even if not formally trained as a coach
  • Excel on camera and in conversation, being warm, clear, and engaging
  • Know how to provide guidance, troubleshoot issues, and celebrate successes
  • Are friendly, funny, kind, and clear in your communication style
  • Understand the nuances of online retail and can speak e-com fluently
