Job Title: Compliance And Risk Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the implementation of our Enterprise Risk Management Framework and Compliance Management Framework.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of risk management strategies to ensure alignment with legislative obligations, corporate planning, and reporting requirements.
  • Oversee internal audit workplans, complaints management, gifts and benefits registers, and compliance health checks.
  • Develop strategies to address non-compliance and high-risk matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor degree in Commerce, Law, Business, Risk Management, Governance or related discipline.
  • Minimum of five (5) years' relevant experience in governance, compliance, risk, fraud or complaints management.
  • Minimum of five (5) year leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret legislation and policies in complex compliance roles.

  • Competitive Base Salary
  • 15% superannuation and salary sacrificing up to $15,900 + meal entertainment and holiday accommodation benefits up to $2,650 per year.
  • District allowance of up to $4,797 per annum for individuals with dependents and $2,630 without dependents.
