Job Opportunity: Governance and Project Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of corporate governance strategies, including coordinating and reporting on strategic plan execution.
  • Maintain risk management frameworks and produce Annual Reports as required.
  • Manage internal and external committees, and complete project-based work as needed.
Requirements:
  • Administrative experience with a focus on project coordination and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
