Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Develop and present new business models and customer-oriented portfolio solutions to enhance efficiency and position Bayer Radiology as a solutions provider.
- Sales and Marketing: Directly promote and sell Bayer Radiology portfolio products to achieve annual sales budgets, analyze territory for business opportunities, and execute marketing plans.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and build strong customer relationships at key opinion leader facilities, provide application support, and demonstrate products to achieve optimal customer satisfaction.
- Market Feedback and Analysis: Provide comprehensive and timely market feedback to the company, maintain the use of CRM and digital marketing tools, and conform to expense budgets.
- Education: Degree qualified in a scientific or medical field.
- Experience: Proven sales experience in radiology or medical devices, with knowledge of radiology, informatics, and digital solutions highly regarded.
- Skills: High-level presentation skills, ability to communicate effectively with clinical stakeholders, and a high level of motivation and ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Travel: Ability and willingness to travel.
