As a Radiologic Technologist with My People Solutions, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality radiographic services to our clients. Your expertise in mammography will enable you to contribute to the early detection of breast cancer, bringing relief to many women and families.

Working closely with our team, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of our mobile mammography screening service. This includes maintaining high standards of mammography quality, client support, and equipment care and maintenance.

Reporting to our Designated Radiographer, you will receive additional management support through regular telephone contact and onsite visits. As a competent professional, you will be expected to work independently, requiring no direct supervision.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide support to other services, either remotely or at nominated sites. Our generous Living Away from Home allowance will enable you to explore the great state of Victoria, Australia, while our flexible rotating schedule will allow you to work with state-of-the-art CT and Ultrasound Equipment in a fixed clinic setting.

Requirements:

  • AHPRA Registration
  • Professional skills, knowledge, and proficiency in a specialized field gained through formal qualifications and experience
  • Experience in monitoring and coaching
  • Providing advice and support relative to business systems & processes
  • Operation of radiography and complex equipment
  • Well-developed interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Active listening skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • High degree of personal accountability
  • Respectful care
  • NAS safety, quality, and professional certification
  • Work with Reading and Assessment Service (RAS)
