Property Management Role
This role involves overseeing a portfolio of four student accommodation buildings, providing exceptional support to residents and ensuring the smooth operation of these properties.
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager or someone with a background in property management looking to take their first step into this exciting field.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the student accommodation buildings
- Manage relationships with residents, staff, and external partners
- Monitor and maintain building maintenance and repairs
- Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention
