Student Accommodation Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Handyperson to join our Melbourne Facilities Team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on repair and maintenance experience, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
The Maintenance Handyperson role involves performing day-to-day repairs and maintenance tasks, as well as supporting our service partners. This is a varied role that requires flexibility and adaptability, especially in managing changing schedules and task prioritization to meet project deadlines.
Key requirements for this role include: experience in commercial building maintenance, ability to juggle multiple tasks, effective communication skills and problem-solving abilities. A clean driving license is also required.
