Data Center Construction Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Construction Manager to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure delivery team, you will be responsible for managing the construction of our data centers, ensuring that they are built to the highest standards and meet the needs of our customers.

This role is perfect for someone with experience in design and construction management, as well as a strong understanding of mission critical facilities. You will be working closely with internal stakeholders and contractors to resolve project issues, manage RFIs, change orders and other key delivery functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the construction process from site feasibility to commissioning, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Cost Management: Work with contractors and vendors to drive down costs while maintaining the required quality standards.
  • Schedule Management: Develop and implement schedules to ensure that projects are completed on time.
  • Quality Management: Ensure that all construction work meets the required quality standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with construction projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in design and construction management, preferably in mission critical facilities.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Structural, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of construction principles, excellent communication and project management skills, ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
