Senior Data Center Construction Manager

You will lead the delivery of Data Center projects, working closely with internal stakeholders and contractors to resolve project issues, manage RFIs, change orders, and other key delivery functions.
Day-to-day activities will involve on-site work with vendors to drive project outcomes.
Main Responsibilities- Manage construction activities for new builds or general capital projects.
- Reduce costs and shorten schedules while maintaining quality.
- Provide construction management for initiatives aimed at increasing data center resiliency.
- Review constructability of electrical, mechanical systems, and building designs associated with new data centers or existing data center optimization.
- Experience in design and construction management.
- Program management experience in mission-critical facilities.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings for all disciplines.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Construction Management, Architecture, Structural, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in mission-critical projects (data centers, semi-conductor, hospitals, oil, and gas).
